If you need to exchange any non-custom focal beads, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. • Items must be unused and in original condition. • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. • Once your exchange is received and inspected, your replacement will be processed. Shipping

We offer shipping within the U.S. via two options: Express shipping takes 1–2 business days for orders between 0–5 lb at a flat rate of $9.90. Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days and is free on orders $50.00 or more, while orders under $50.00 are charged $5.95.

Pens are non-refundable

Once tracking is received from USPS, items are no longer in my position. I have no control over delivery at that point. Items are insured and all issues will have to be resolved with USPS.
