Because each custom item is made just for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return. We want you to love your sparkle! If you need to exchange any non-custom focal beads, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. • Items must be unused and in original condition. • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. • Once your exchange is received and inspected, your replacement will be processed. Shipping

We offer shipping within the U.S. via two options: Express shipping takes 1–2 business days for orders between 0–5 lb at a flat rate of $9.90. Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days and is free on orders $50.00 or more, while orders under $50.00 are charged $5.95.

To fill: Unscrew the icing and pour in your beverage

.: Hand wash before and after use. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. You only need warm water and mild dish soap for the cup.

.: Holds about 13oz

Tumblers are handmade and may vary slightly. The cups are reusable, but please handle them with care. Abrasive washing and constantly dropping it can cause stones to fall off or the cup to break.

Processing is around 3 to 5 weeks. Please allow yourself enough time because these are made to order. Items take 1 to 2 days to ship and we ship using USPS. We are not responsible for missing items or delays once your order has shipped. Please contact your local USPS if any issues are receiving your shipped package!

We do not offer refunds on custom items. If there is an issue with the item please email us and let us know immediately and we will try our best to fix the problem. We are not responsible for damage done during shipping.
