Returns
Because each custom item is made just for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
We want you to love your sparkle! If you need to exchange any non-custom focal beads, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Once your exchange is received and inspected, your replacement will be processed.

Shipping
We offer shipping within the U.S. via two options: Express shipping takes 1–2 business days for orders between 0–5 lb at a flat rate of $9.90. Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days and is free on orders $50.00 or more, while orders under $50.00 are charged $5.95.
